Many patients, carers and friends are members of SAKA.
SAKA does not have a fixed subscription, but would encourage everyone to make a voluntary donation.
Why not become a member?
Members receive the quarterly newsletter "SAKA Update" direct to their homes and enjoy reduced prices
for the use of the SAKA holiday caravans, events and
other benefits listed on the introduction page.
To join SAKA either...
- download a membership form (in pdf format), print it out, fill it in and post
it free of charge using details on the form.
- download a standing order form (in word doc format), fill it in, print it out, and post
it free of charge using details on the form.
NB: It is not recommended to send documents that include bank details via email which is unsecure.
SAKA strongly recommends that you download and electronically fill out this document, print it out and return it via the freepost address.
- contact the secretary or treasurer using the details on the contacts page and ask for a membership form to be sent to you.
- pick up a membership form from the Sorby Unit at the Northern General Hospital or from one of the satellite dialysis units in
Barnsley, Chesterfield, Doncaster or Rotherham, fill it in and post it free of charge using details on the form.
